Congress rakes up Wikileaks expose on Arun Jaitley to target BJP today news

Congress leader Jaiveer Shergill cited an American Embassy note of 2005, released by Wikileaks in which Jaitley argued that Hindu nationalism will always be a talking point for the BJP and characterised this as an "opportunistic issue".
