Supreme Court to decide if ED can make PMLA case arrests today news

The Supreme Court on Thursday said it would adjudicate whether Enforcement Directorate (ED) had the power to arrest in a case under Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and transferred to itself two petitions, including one by Karti Chidambaram, from the Delhi high court.
