SC refuses interim relief to Karti, entertains plea against ED probe today news

The Supreme Court on Tuesday entertained Karti Chidambaram's petition questioning the Enforcement Directorate's parallel “roving investigation” into a case already under CBI probe but refused to grant him interim protection from fresh summons and possible arrest by the agency under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
