Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Monday alleged that the BJP had "usurped power" in the northeastern state of Meghalaya, where election results were recently declared. Gandhi's statement comes hours after he said the Congress accepted the people's mandate in Tripura, Nagaland and Meghalaya, and would strive to win back people's trust.
