Khap Panchayat, society have no business to prevent adults from inter-caste, inter-religious marriage: SC today news

​​A bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra, Justices A M Khanwilkar and D Y Chandrachud asked the local government and police authority not only to provide protection to such couples but also give logistic support to get their marriage solemnised if the family members and their community opposed the relationship.
