Arvind Kejriwal apology: AAP Punjab unit revolts, but opts not to split today news

Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal’s unconditional apology to Shiromani Akali Dal leader Bikram Singh Majithia led to an open revolt in its Punjab unit, with state unit president Bhagwant Mann and co-president Aman Arora resigning from their posts in protest on Friday. Lok Insaaf Party (LIP), which has two MLAs, too announced it would end its alliance with AAP.
